UK musicians with an important live opportunity on the horizon can apply for up to £1,000 to help make it happen.
Fast Track Live, a new Help Musicians programme delivered with support from LIVE Trust, is designed to help working and early-career musicians take advantage of significant live opportunities that could help move their careers forward. Grants of £500–£1,000 can contribute towards costs including travel, accommodation, rehearsal space, equipment and production, session musicians, crew, merchandise and event-specific marketing.
Eligible opportunities include tours, festivals, showcases, support slots, launch shows and other significant live performances. Successful applicants will also receive a two-hour Career Clinic with a live music specialist, providing tailored advice on how to maximise the longer-term impact of the opportunity.
The programme is open to UK-based musicians aged 18 or over who are actively building a sustainable career and have control over part of their career, such as being self-managing, self-releasing or self-producing. Applicants must meet Help Musicians’ income and other eligibility requirements.
The first application round is open until 5pm on 9 October 2026, with a second round running from 19 October to 20 November 2026. Supported activities must take place within six months of receiving the funding.
