NZ Opera adds braille surtitles in inclusivity move

Recently, NZ Opera (a New Zealand based opera company) has introduced braille surtitles to their performances. This means that blind and deaf/blind audiences can now follow along with what’s going on in the story, where is before, these captions were only displayed above the stage.
